After confirming the malfunction within 14 business days by the payment department or service team, we will refund the funds (7-31 business days depending on the type of transaction and accounting period) to the indicated bank account or provide instructions on how to cancel the payment.
We will strive to verify the report as soon as possible and confirm the charges documented in the payment monitoring system.
